The RC22-1701-1N pairs a hot-water outlet with an induction (IH) cooking surface. Induction uses an electromagnetic field to heat suitable cookware, while the outlet dispenses hot water into the cooking bowl. Any cookware made from induction-compatible material can work on the IH surface if its size and shape are suitable for the cooker. Choose a mode on the front panel for the food you are preparing.
